For more than a decade, my focus has been dedicated to researching the optimisation of both mental and physical health.

My ultimate goal is straightforward: to employ practical methods that leverage the body and mind, facilitating the transformation of my clients’ physiology and psychology to cultivate a happier life.

74% of adults in the UK are experiencing negative stress in their lives, leaving them overwhelmed or unable to cope. By understanding and influencing our nervous system we are able to adapt, withstand much greater stress and use it to our advantage. 

In my early 20s, I was on a fast track to nowhere good. Growing up in a seriously broken home, barely scraping through education, and wrestling with the weight of PTSD and depression, my future appeared dim.

But then, I stumbled upon some basic techniques that triggered a major shift in my thinking. It dawned on me that I held the reins to my destiny. I had a choice to make: either go for fleeting thrills and follow the same destructive route as my family and peers, or opt for the longer, winding road of learning how to construct a life tailored to my aspirations. From rock bottom, I’ve embarked on an incredible journey. I’ve honed the knack for turning tough situations into wellsprings of strength and fresh opportunities.

My work involves collaborating with individuals and groups, developing easily accessible techniques that enable them to adeptly navigate the everyday stresses they may encounter.
