Breathwork : A Nervous System Based Approach

I offer transformative workshops, rejuvenating retreats and corporate wellness.

focusing on real-time and preventative tools for managing your state of body and mind. We’re humans with a primitive nervous system, living in a fast-paced modern world.

At the core of what I teach is widening the gap between stimulus and response. The ability to downregulate in high pressure situations transforms how you show up and make the decisions that matter.

I began this work training under Wim Hof and went on to lead expeditions, and share his teachings. That foundation shaped me, but over time my approach has expanded. I now offer a full-spectrum breathwork practice, grounded in a deeper understanding of the nervous system and aimed at supporting a wider range of people in their everyday lives.

Accessing a safe, social and creative nervous system state is possible. It’s closer than you might think

Why Develop A Practice With Jack?

Reduced Stress & Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health challenges people face, with around 1 in 3 people experiencing it at some point in their lives.

For most people, this comes down to a chronic activation of the nervous system. They’re constantly overwhelmed, their system is always on, and they’ve never been shown how to actually bring themselves out of that state.

So they stay stuck in it.

The work I do is focused on changing that. It’s about learning how to downregulate in real time and developing a skill set that allows you to shift gears when you need to, rather than just pushing through or trying to manage it.

What I see again and again is that when people start to understand their system and work with it properly, things begin to open up. They feel more at ease in themselves, they’re able to connect more deeply with the people around them, and they start making decisions with more clarity.

It’s less about fixing anything, and more about finding your way back to a place that already exists underneath all of the overwhelm.

More Energy

Millions of people across the world are practising breathwork and cold exposure, and many report a significant boost in their energy and feel like a more balanced person but..

But a lot of what’s out there is only one piece of the puzzle, and for people who are already dealing with overwhelm and chronic stress, it’s not always what they need.

I started with practices that combine breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset.

But what I quickly learned is that if someone is already overwhelmed, already dealing with chronic stress, adding another stressor can be like chucking fuel on the fire.

That’s why I developed a more full spectrum approach.

Learning to build resilience and energy from a place of restoration first, rather than just adding more intensity on top of an already overwhelmed system.

Breath-Led Conditioning

Using the breath to bring awareness to your current conditioning, while also using it to regulate the system.

From there, we can begin to reframe, encode, and build new patterns around what actually serves you.

Most people are running on patterns they didn’t consciously choose.

The way they respond, the way they think, the way they feel… it’s all conditioned over time.

The breath gives us a way in.

It allows you to slow things down enough to actually see what’s going on, while also shifting your state at the same time.

And when the system is more regulated, it becomes far easier to work with.

That’s where we start to reframe things, take in new experiences, and build new patterns that actually support the way you want to live.

Not just thinking differently, but actually changing the conditioning underneath it.

Finding Your Way Back Home

Most people don’t need more tools or techniques, they’re feeling the effects of being disconnected from themselves, a separation between the mind and body, and the work we do is about coming back home. Feeling safe and connected in your body again.

When you’re disconnected, you end up living mostly in your head.

Overthinking, second guessing, constantly trying to work things out.

But the body is where you actually feel safe, grounded, and settled.

The work we do brings you back into that.

Using the breath and awareness to reconnect, regulate, and rebuild that sense of safety from within.

And from there, things start to shift naturally.

You feel more like yourself again.

Reduce Inflammation

There’s a strong link between chronic stress and inflammation in the body, and for a lot of people, that’s happening in the background without them even realising.

When the nervous system is constantly under pressure, the body stays in a low-level state of defence.

Over time, that can lead to increased inflammation, which is now being linked to things like low mood, fatigue, and a lot of the health issues people are dealing with today.

There’s research showing that breathwork and cold exposure can significantly influence this, with reductions in pro-inflammatory markers and increases in anti-inflammatory responses.

But the important part isn’t just the numbers.

It’s understanding that when you change your state, you change how your body functions.

The work we do is about shifting the system out of that constant stress response, so the body can move back into a place where repair and recovery can actually happen.

Not by forcing it, but by creating the right conditions for it.

Reorganising the Nervous System

This work isn’t just about shifting your state, it’s about creating the conditions for your nervous system to naturally become more organised and regulated through a top down, bottom up, and outside in approach.

This isn’t just about shifting your state in the moment.

It’s about creating the right conditions for your nervous system to actually start organising itself in a way that supports you.

I focus on three areas.

Top down, so mindset and psychology, how you think, what you believe, and how you make sense of what’s going on.

Bottom up, working directly with the nervous system through the breath and somatic practices.

And outside in, looking at your environment and the situations you’re in day to day, and how they’re either supporting you or keeping you stuck.

When these start to come together, things don’t just change for a moment, they start to shift in a way that is sustainable.

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU
