Winter Retreat

Guided by an experienced team, this winter expedition is an invitation to come back to yourself. To find a steadiness that holds, no matter what’s happening around you. To breathe deeply, move slowly, and feel fully alive again.

Over four days, we’ll explore the nervous system and the body in ways that bring real change. We’ll move through cold, climb a mountain, and reconnect with nature in its raw, honest form. Along the way, we’ll go deeper into what makes lasting transformation possible.

For the past two years, I’ve been asking how we make the changes we see at retreats more sustainable. On the final day everyone feels transformed, but once the afterglow fades, old patterns often pull us back. The answer was parts work. Getting to know the younger layers of your psyche, the ones that learned to protect, perform, or withdraw. When these parts are met and understood, real change takes root.

You’ll learn how to move through stress with more ease, feel more energy in your day, sleep better, and reconnect with a clear and focused mind. There will be moments that stretch you and others that bring deep calm.

All of this takes place in wild, beautiful nature. A place that helps you slow down and remember what matters. Around the fire, in the water, on the mountain, through shared stories and connection, something special happens. People come as strangers and leave with friends they’ll never forget. You go home lighter, clearer, and more connected. Not just to yourself, but to every part of you, and to the world around you.

Itinerary

3pm: Arrive and welcome drinks

3.30pm: Introductions and meeting the crew. 

4pm: We will start to craft a mission statement that reflects our purpose, values, and objectives, shaping a clear path forward.

4.30pm: Dive into the fundamentals of breathing mechanics, followed by a deep and powerful breathwork session.

5.30pm: A sharing circle. Following the breathwork session, a sense of natural relaxation and ease envelops us. It is at this point that we take the opportunity to introduce ourselves and perhaps express our intentions for the weekend and beyond.

7.00pm: Feast, and getting to know each other with beautiful live music

8am: Explore the foundational elements of the Wim Hof Method, with a special emphasis on the art of Wim Hof Method breathing and its underlying scientific principles.

9.30am: Breakfast

10.30am: Wim Hof Method, centring on the power of cold exposure and its scientific basis. (Optional ice bath)

1pm: Lunch 

2.30pm: Mapping out the Nervous System: In this session, we delve into the intricacies of the nervous system through the lens of breathwork. Discover effective real-time techniques for influencing the nervous system and gain insights into how various states manifest in our everyday lives

3.30pm: Use this time to relax, use the sauna and reflect on the teachings and how you might integrate what you have learnt into your life 

5.30: Rejuvenate mind and body with Yoga Nidra and a sound bath.Learn how to deeply relax your nervous system

7.00pm: Dinner

8.00am: Discover profound serenity with movement and meditation class. Soothe the body, quiet the mind, and find inner stillness through gentle stretches and mindfulness

8.45: Dive into profound healing during our powerful Breathwork session, for leasing stuck emotions and deep well-being and renewal.

10.30: Breakfast

11.30: Meeting Your Parts: Gentle Acceptance and Integration

2pm: Lunch 

3pm: Much needed rest time

5pm: A deeply relaxing sound bath with breathwork and meditation 

7pm: Dinner

7.30am: Power breathing

8.30: Breakfast

9.30: After a safety briefing, we embark on our mountain journey with newfound confidence and strength

5pm: Dinner

6pm: In our closing circle with as cacao ceremony, we come together to reflect on our journey and determine how we’ll carry these valuable teachings forward. We will finish with a sound journey and celebration. 

After breakfast we check out.

For over a decade, I’ve been exploring how we can use the breath, body, and mind to create real, lasting change. My work has evolved beyond any single method. I now bring together a full spectrum approach to breathwork and nervous system education that helps people feel more grounded, focused, and alive.

My path into this work wasn’t a straight line. In my early twenties, I was carrying the weight of an extremely difficult upbringing, living with  Complex PTSD, addictions, anxiety and depression, and heading down a path that wasn’t serving me. Learning how to work with my breath and body changed everything. It showed me that change doesn’t come from escape but from learning to meet yourself fully, even in the hard moments.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how humans adapt, heal, and grow through challenge. I now share that understanding through workshops, retreats, and one to one coaching, helping people shift out of survival mode and reconnect to their natural capacity for strength, clarity, and connection.
