We work directly with the patterns that are keeping you stuck using breathwork and nervous system based approaches.

Direct support throughout the week
Voice note and message support for when something gets triggered, when resistance shows up, or when you need guidance. This isn’t just weekly sessions.

Because meaningful change takes continued practice and support. Weekly live breathwork, coaching, community and resources on demand.

For those who choose the 12 week intensive:
A one day fully immersive non residential retreat: This is when a scheduled event is available.

Using somatic awareness, parts work and nervous system understanding, we begin shifting those patterns so you can move forward with more clarity. We gain an ability to reframe and take back clarity.
